We Found the Web Designer for Vehicle Stars, Next We Need to Find the Owner

Due to an anonymous tip we have located the person who is hosting the Web Site and it appears that he is the web designer as well. The web designer worked hard to keep his identity hidden but a concerned computer expert managed to track him down.  He would know who owns this shoddy operation, , that is the person we need to find.

The name of the web designer is Dade Brandon, he lives in Vancouver, B.C. You can send him your Vehicle Stars “fan mail” at dade.brandon@gmail.com or dade@experience-apex.com. Additionally you can go to his website and leave comments there too, maybe he will tell you who owns Vehicle Stars if you ask him nicely.

Lets keep up the good work, we will track all the criminals down eventually.

Here is some additional unverified information we are looking into:

“Vehicle Stars ACTUAL ADDRESS is located on Columbia St, in West Minister British columbia. When you send your “90 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE FORM” To the specified address in FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA (THIS ADDRESS IS FOR A UPS STORE) The UPS store then forwards your letter to Vehicle Stars in BC. By the time they ACTUALLY receive your letter that was “notarized” etc, it is way past the 7 day grace period after the 90 days are up. So in return, you DO NOT get your money back. BEST BET: CALL VEHICLE STARS, and state to them that you KNOW their actual address is on Columbia St, in West Minister BC and you will be posting ALL OVER THE WEB that they are a , and threaten them that you will be sending your lawyer to their actual address if they do not refund your money. They would be best to co-operate at this point.

The date that is looked at is the post marked date from when it was sent to the Fort Lauderdale address, not the date received by the refund department.

I think the best course of action to take is to make this public. What they are doing is not right and they are cheating people, myself being one of the victims.

Email: w5@ctv.ca (Victor Malarek) and report your story. If everyone can consistenly take action rather then complaining on sites, then action will be taken. A united voice needs to be taken.

I have reported them to the FBI, Florida State Attorney and BBB. I have tried to report them several time to the Canada Anti-Fraud Organization, but overtime their web site errors on me. The problem is the “Company” has actually been in business about 9 years, but they change their name and reincorporate every year, as their old name becomes to well know for Fraud. They are due to change their name again in the next few months.

I am currently trying to get my refund from vehicle stars, and I have a feeling it isn’t going to happen, they sounded so legitatmate at first, but as I keep pressuring them to send it they get more ignorant, and there is only 1 person I get on the phone, I think he is the head of the operation. It would be great to stop these people from ripping more people off. Lets all do something about it!

We know what street they are on in B.C. Canada but we don’t know their exact address or who runs the operation. We need to find someone in Canada who is willing to locate them on the street, then go to their operation and find out who the owner is and get the names. Maybe they could pretend to be looking for a job or something. But if we have the real names and address of these people along with photos of them or a video, believe me they will be very scared. They already are, we spoke to the web designer and he had an Anxiety attack when if found out we located him.

I’ve heard RCMP is on it. They will get whats coming.

****Dade is the Web Designer for Vehicle Stars****

No they aren’t being investigated, sorry that you’ve been misinformed and feel hurt by this “company”. They aren’t technically doing anything illegal, they follow their refund policy way more strictly than I ever thought they would, apparently to the extent of even caring about a day or two difference on the postmark. They also seem to have over a 2 month if not longer backlog on their refunds that are actually being sent out, from what I’ve heard.

The best thing for anyone to do right now is just follow the refund policy and wait. I do know they still send out refund checks.

I don’t know what ur sources are bud but vehicle stars is a complete screw job!!! I’ve been waiting for my refund since Sept. I call them about 3 times a month and get the same lame excuse that the mail date keeps getting pushed back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCUMBAGS! and tell everyone you know the same! Douchbags!

        • blazestudios23 says:

Dade is the web designer for Vehicle Stars that this article is talking about. Since they are paying him, he defends them. It would be nice if he would wake up and realize these guys are bastards and help us take them down.

I am at a loss how to stop this company but I will do anything to help anyone who can find the owners and accomplices of VEHICLESTARS. I have read over 100 postings all over the internet, and it is remarkable how similar all of the stories and promises from VEHICLESTARS are. I can switch places with any of you, and the lies and promises are the same. It is just ridiculous for anyone from VEHICLESTARS to defend the company. THIS IS A SCAM, IT WORKS BECAUSE THEY TELL US WHAT WE WANT TO HERE, AND TOO MANY OF US ARE ANXIOUS TO SELL OUR CARS, SO MUCH SO THAT WE FORGET THAT WE SHOULD ALWAYS ON PHONE CALL SOLICITATION SAY “NO AT FIRST” AND THAN CHECK THE INTERNET, GOOGLE, ETC BEFORE MAKING ANY DECISION. LASTLY HERE IS A TIP FOR ALL OF YOU, IF YOU CAN GET AN AMEX CREDIT CARD, GET ONE, AND USE IT FOR ANY THING YOUR UNSURE OF. I DO NOT LOVE AMEX BUT THEY DO WORK HARD ON PROTECTING CONSUMERS AND WOULD EASILY STOP CHARGES TO VEHICLESTARS. THIS IS WHY VEHICLESTARS DOESN’T ACCEPT AMEX.

    • blazestudios23 says:

I used an AMEX, they took it and AMEX said I could not refund, but that was back in November, has that changed? Should I contact AMEX again?

I would love to get someone who is in B.C. to help us track them down, but they don’t call people in B.C. so they can avoid being found.

  6. SOA says:

We need to pick a common source that all of us can funnell our complaints through and get organized? Ideas? Blaze, you said you talked to the web desginer.. #?

    • blazestudios23 says:

I didn’t see this till now. Yes I did talk to the web designer, he is just a guy they hired to make the web site and he has no control whatsoever over the organization. I do know what part of Canada they operate out of, what I would really like to do is get their real address, get photos of the people that work there and post this all on-line, that would freak them out.

  7. Aaron says:

I listed with VS june 15 2011. Car was listed for the 3 months with no calls. Followed EVERY guideline they required for a refund to a T. They told me that I was elligible for the refund and it would be sent out. After many delays they said it had been sent. I have not received it. They are liars. I am now at 7 months from the time the refund was supposed to be processed. SCAM. They have stolen from me almost $600.(notorized letter and priority mail was not free). Do not list with them. Now I cant get anyone on the phone there no matter what extension I use and they do not respond to email or voicemail. They need to be found and dealt with appropriately.

    • blazestudios23 says:

I would not be suppressed if they changed their name and phone numbers again, if they have not done it yet, they are due to change it soon. Keep your eyes out for a new company doing the same thing.
